Delivery
We strive to deliver your selected items to your chosen destination in perfect
condition and as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:
Greece: 1–3 business days after dispatch
EU / International: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times are intended as a guideline and begin from the date
of dispatch. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by
customs or relevant authorities.
We ensure your purchase is fully protected while in transit, until it arrives at
the address provided.
Upon delivery, we require a signature as proof of receipt. Once signed, the
responsibility for the products passes to you. If you’ve designated another
person as the recipient, their signature will serve as confirmation of fulfillment,
and responsibility will transfer accordingly.
Before signing for your delivery, please inspect the package for any signs of
damage.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and vary based on the delivery
location:
Greece: €4 (handled by ACS Courier)
Australia: €60 (handled by DHL Express)
Rest of the World (excluding Australia): €25 (handled by DHL Express)
Delivery within the European Union (EU) is not subject to duties or additional
taxes. However, customers from non-EU countries may be required to pay
customs duties or taxes upon delivery. Please note that cross-border
shipments may be subject to customs inspection, under which we have no
control, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please email us within 10 days of delivery
explaining the reason for your return. We will then guide you through the
return process.
Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded the full value of the
product. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original
condition. We will not accept items that are damaged or show signs of use.
Damaged returns may be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds
unless faulty.
