Delivery

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery service is carried out Worldwide by DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities. We insure each purchase whilst in transit and till the products are delivered to the address you provided us with.

Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes on to you. If you have specified another person as recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer the responsibility.

Please check the package is not damaged before signing.

Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspection.

Returns

If you desire to return the item, please send us an email to explain the reason and we will provide you with the procedure you will have to follow. All this must be done within 10 days upon delivery.

You will be given a refund equal to the returned product’s value as soon as we receive the item. Please also note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

All items should return to us unused. We will not accept any items that are damaged in any way. We may send them back to you and the refund will be refused.

If an item is personalized or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
